Feeling uneasy in social settings is a common experience, but there are ways to navigate it confidently. I am an extroverted introvert, so I enjoy social scenes but there are still times I feel less at ease than others and I’ve found ways to overcome this. First by finding common ground and starting conversations about something I am already confident in. Finding some comfort in an uncomfortable situation is key and this is the easiest way to do it. You never know what door one conversation will open for you and you can definitely find confidence and excitement in that.
