Remove Regret
How do we remove regrets?…We have to learn to accept mistakes.
We all make mistakes and we will continue to make them. It’s our response to the mistakes that matter.
No matter how big or small…
Respond rather than react and process rather than project.
Take responsibility for your actions, do not play the blame game…it will get you no where.
Most importantly…Do live in regret because of a mistake.
Do not mentally murder yourself over a mistake or let someone else do this to you. Fuck judgment from others and yourself. Focus on positive affirmations. Do not let a mistake permanently damage you or your idea of your self-worth.
“Right” and “wrong” and “good” and “bad” are perspectives based on individual values and beliefs. Hold yourself to the highest standard based on what these are and mean to you, but never let a mistake completely defeat you.
Accept the temporary repercussions and consequences, learn from them and you’ll find gratitude in this because you become stronger and more knowledgeable from the experience.
Master accepting a mistake for what it is…a learning experience.
Commit to becoming a better version of yourself because of it and the word regret will no longer be apart of your vocabulary.
