Your habits are the #1 determining factor for the quality of life you live. Without the self-awareness and acknowledgment of ones that cause detriment and the consistency and discipline to build upon healthy habits, you will never live up to your full potential. 

A lot of the time this requires us to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone. This not only moves us towards a better life, that we all deserve, but also builds self-confidence knowing we can do it again. 


Journal Prompt

Make a list of your best habits, habits you want to improve, and habits you need to change. Then add actionable, small steps to make progress.

BONUS - do daily, weekly, and monthly check-ins for accountability and growth tracking. How do you portray confidence in your daily life? What can you do to be more confident in areas you know it lacks?
