But when I get stuck focusing only on the future, I forget to enjoy the now - this leaves me feeling constantly unfulfilled and unable to celebrate the small wins. 

What I have come to understand is that embarking on the journey to contentment involves recognizing the ease with which we chase the next best thing, missing the happiness present in the now. Rather than a daily constant chase of a future ideal, I’ve made it a priority to discover genuine happiness, give myself credit, practice gratitude and plan time with people who matter the most.
